I recently stayed at Hollins Farm for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The owner, Rachael, was incredibly accommodating and helpful, sending us videos ahead of our arrival with all the information we needed. The pod was spacious, warm, and immaculate, with comfy beds and all necessary amenities. The location is beautiful and dog-friendly, with a deck for relaxing and plenty of space for our furry friend to play. There are lots of fun and interesting things to do nearby, making it the perfect getaway.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The lodge had a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and an oven, which made it convenient for me as a vegetarian/vegan. The seating area and flat-screen TV in the lodge were cozy and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The private bathroom with a shower was clean and had everything I needed. I loved waking up to the beautiful garden views from the terrace each morning.
Personally, I found the toaster in the apartment a bit outdated. However, others may not mind.

We had a great time at our weekend getaway! the lodge was incredibly spacious and had everything we needed for our family of four. the beds were comfortable, and we loved the unique pod beds that the teenagers enjoyed. the location was perfect, with lots of nearby attractions to visit. We especially loved the convenience of being just a short drive away from York and all its amazing sights. It was also fantastic to have a supermarket just a few miles down the road, making it easy to stock up on supplies.
That there weren't enough seats inside the lodge. While there were three comfortable seats, a fourth one would have been helpful to avoid any arguments over who gets to sit on the bar stool.

The lodge had everything I needed, including a dishwasher , and a lovely garden where I could relax. The views from the terrace were stunning.
Oh, how I loved struggling to drag my suitcase through all that gravel and grass. Such a delightful workout!

I had an amazing time at a unique and charming lodge in a beautiful countryside setting. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions such as Knaresborough and Harrogate. The lodge itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The owner was friendly and helpful, providing a lovely welcome pack and even a birthday cake for one guest. The views of the surrounding countryside were stunning, and there were plenty of opportunities to spot wildlife like hares, deer, squirrels, and red kites. I would definitely stay here again.
The plastic decking on the lodge got unbearably hot, but blankets were provided to alleviate the issue.

We stayed in the cabin Meghan for a five night break over Easter and can highly recommend it. With a superb location, fantastic views, and plenty to do in the nearby towns, this lodge is perfect. On arrival, the cabin had the wow factor - clean, modern, and well-equipped. It was warm and cosy with a lovely view over the nearby fields. the hosts were welcoming and offered to take our bags in their 4x4 due to the short distance from the car park. the double bed was very comfortable, and our dog loved it here too. A great stay overall!
Nothing I didn't like to be fair. 😊.

Loved the terrace, great for sipping tea while admiring the garden. The kitchen had all the fancy gadgets, making me feel like a master chef. And oh, the view from the seating area was utterly divine.
So disappointed there wasn't a private helicopter pad, darling. How is one supposed to arrive in style without it?
